]]> Award-winning vegan cookbook author Sarah Kramer is currently touring the U.S. to launch her newly released Vegan A Go-Go!: A Cookbook and Survival Manual for Vegans on the Road—and in case you haven’t heard, she’s making a stop in the nation’s capital on Monday, Nov. 3 for a book bash and benefit for Compassion Over Killing!

The event is being hosted at the Science Club, a restaurant and bar in downtown D.C.–and after working with Compassion Over Killing for the last few weeks, they’ll be unveiling several new vegan menu options on Monday night!

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Half the proceeds will be automatically donated to COK, and you’ll also get a complimentary copy of Vegan a Go-Go plus all-you-can-eat vegan appetizers and sweets. Now that’s a reason to vegan a go-go!
