The Quintessential DC*Vegan blog post
Written by: Sonya Harway Filed under: News
I was biking home from vegan bibimbap today (14th and L– my first time for lunch at the yellow Korean food cart) when I saw this car near Logan Circle. I was running late and needed to get back to work pronto, but I just had to pull around the block to take a picture for the quintessential DC*Vegan blog post. I couldn’t resist!

It’s DC, it’s vegan, it’s loud and proud and gets the point across. Okay readers– ‘fess up, because I am jealous! Whose car is it? Way to wear your badge with pride!!

btw, thats an awesome idea- even the tiniest vegan/AR sticker or graffiti makes me smile- just knowing im not the only one, you know…
That is effing awesome. Well done.
Today, on 9th Street, I saw car with VA plates that read “TOPHU.” It was adorable, but I didn’t have my camera with me (which is unusual lately). I wonder if they had to spell if with a “ph” because of a situation like this: http://www.katu.com/news/42693442.html
Ha, apparently Logan Circle is the place for herbivores to hang out– this car was just east of 11th Street.
Lots of great vanity plates round here:

Too fun! Too bad no one ever fessed up to ownership.
oh that would be me!
somewhere i have a picture of me posing with my plates, but i assure you it’s me!
