Let's just say that I HIGHLY advise getting to Vegan Drinks early and grabbing dinner. I told the chef to just surprise me with whatever vegan thing he felt like cooking, and whatever he created was unreal. My meal was amazing, even my omnivorous friends couldn't help but grab bites of it. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner and she's thinking that, if things go well on the 22nd, she might have the whole place go vegan once a week. Great, great new addition to the city.
