so here are the details…
We will be joining in on the COK benefit (Vegan Day at at Bread & Brew) on April 22 (Earth Day & my friend Katie’s Birthday), DC Vegan Drinks will be from 7pm – 9pm. We got a lot of requests to visit other spots around DC so this is the the first. We will be doing give aways a little different this time and we hope to have more stuff too, to be entered you will need to RSVP either on Facebook or just by emailing me, and we will still be doing shout outs. So make sure you mark your calendars.

A couple friends and I swung by Bread & Brew tonight. Let’s just say that I HIGHLY advise getting to Vegan Drinks early and grabbing dinner. I told the chef to just surprise me with whatever vegan thing he felt like cooking, and whatever he created was unreal. My meal was amazing, even my omnivorous friends couldn’t help but grab bites of it. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner and she’s thinking that, if things go well on the 22nd, she might have the whole place go vegan once a week. Great, great new addition to the city. Ask the chef for the “Amber Plate.”
