Vegan French Bread Pizza

french-bread-pizzaDeeelish!  I had to make sure I didn’t inhale this.  It is just so nom, nom, nom.  So simple to make!  What you need is:

-Marinara Sauce
-Mushrooms
-Green Peppers
-French Bread
-Follow Your Heart Mozzerella Cheese

This is the order I put the ingredients on the french bread.  First the sauce, then the cheese, then the mushrooms and green peppers.

Bake for 20 -25 mins on 400 degrees.

Of course you can put other toppings that are your favorite.  I just love mushrooms and green peppers.  I think next time I will put on pineapple pieces…hmmmmm.

Enjoy!

It depends on the brand… Read the ingredients, it should be easy enough to figure out! But remember that lactic acid in most baked goods is *not* derived from dairy. From vrg.org:
“If it’s lactate or lactic acid, it’s not from dairy (exception – sterol lactate due to the stearic acid). “Lac” ingredients are usually produced by a fermentation process using cornstarch or beet sugar.”
